Dear Washington DC Insiders,
Cavemen froze to death while sitting on coal.
Small businesses around America are frozen in their tracks because you in the SEC are afraid to implement the JOBS Act. Trust us, the small business owners in this great country, to melt the ice gripping our stagnant economy once you formally lift the ban on general solicitation. The Bible, in Ecclesiastes 10:19, says,"money solves all problems".
Lift the general solicitation ban yesterday for goodness sakes. If the Founding Fathers moved this slow in implementing great ideas, we'd probably have only 50 colonies today instead of 50 states.
Your policy procedure implementation is so slow it makes Massachusetts molasses in winter look like it's hot water running from the tap.
Please, those of you at the SEC and at the White House--get the full JOBS Act implemented by the end of May 2013 or get someone in there who can.
