Don't take away our freedom to be able to buy small companies. Today I would probably be considered an accredited investor buy 9 years ago, I was not. Nine years ago I started buying small companies.

Dont regulate these companies to death. Allow them to be profitable. Allow small investors to participate in buying them on the stock exchanges. Dont regulate us to the point where we cant make mistakes or make a profit.

These small companies provide niches that are too small for many of the big guys and allow small investors to often out perform.

Its ridiculous to deny small investors access to 95% of equities because your going to limit these companies to accreditied investors.
