Their has been a lot discussion on advertising Reg D 506 products when this is allowed its going to be several considerations. One that I haven't heard is that if public advertisement is allowed than the none Accredited investors are going to read these and my fell slighted because they are unable to invest in any of these because they are not Accredited Investors. I would suggest that they may under the provision that our California State securities allow them to which is, they can but only 10% of their invest able assets. This investors can but are limited in what they can invest more than Accredited Investors are.
Also if a 506 has some none AI.s and want to advertise will they be able to and is this regulation only for new reg D's?
