Hello? Does anyone work at the SEC? Congress mandated these simple laws and the SEC has done absolutely nothing to implement it's proposed rule issued in August 2012, and even the proposed rule was well past the Congressional mandated timeline. It is now time to implement the proposed rule. Stop wasting everyone's time and do something already. Follow the law and implement the proposed rule Our economy needs jobs.
