Will the SEC, at the very least, please provide some timeframe for when it expects to implement rules on removing the ban on general solicitation. There are small business owners that were counting on finally having a decent chance of raising capital in a cost effective manner 6 months ago, following the passage of the JOBS Act. The SEC is leaving these business owners and their employees in limbo by refusing to implement the laws imposed by Congress. Please at least provide some guidance in regards to timing so business owners can make plans. Thank you.
