I strongly oppose exposing the general populace to the potential fraud this initiative would encourage. Additionally, it would result in bothersome mailings and telephone calls. It appears to be yet another irresponsible effort to support the financial market managers who as most people know have wreaked havoc with the welfare of millions of people.
