SEC,

I am writing to express my strong objection to S7-06-22. Shareholders have a right to vote on company actions only because they share ownership in that company. If the degenerate derivatives gamblers on Wall Street want to vote, let them buy shares. Allowing derivative voting rights would completely undermine the shareholders voice and harm retail investors. The SEC should be better regulating the derivatives market players that keep destroying our markets, not granting them more power. S7-06-22 is an insane proposal for anyone trying to foster a healthy fair market.

With regards,
