I have gained knowledge that this rule allows artificial voting rights to derivative holders. Can you please put a stop to the word \"artificial\" when related to the stock market. This word is associated with the market way too much. If this rule allows them voting rights, it has to deem derivatives as shares when in reality that are unrealized. If they are deemed as shares, that would equate to \"naked shares\" that are used in the stock market.
