With respect to the follow SEC initiative File No. S7-06-16 RIN 3235-AL78
BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE REQUIRED BY REGULATION S-K AGENCY:
It is my point of view that shareholders who hold their stock in street name (beneficial owners) should have the same rights and privileges as those shareholders who hold their stock in physical form (record holders). Most stockholders hold their stock in street name today because it is easy and inexpensive. Holding stock in physical form can be inefficient and costly. I believe treating both groups equally would benefit the public.
