Subject: S7-06-16 comments Please allow me to respond to the SEC's request for comments on S7-06-16. Investors deserve to know the ways corporations are influencing our elections, polluting our environment, affecting our economy, and more. Corporations have little accountability to even their shareholders. Disclosure will be one solution, requiring companies to consider the consequences when making decisions.

Public corporations should be required to:

1. Disclose their political spending.
2. Disclose their oversea tax payments.
3. Disclose their sustainability plans.

We need to end the secrecy and give investors the information they deserve.

God bless you for doing your best to meet the needs of the American people.

Sincere thanks,

Linda Yow
