Subject: SEC Disclosure Rules

To me full disclosure should be made to the public. It should be so transparent that anyone can go to a website either SEC or the Company’s website and type in the individuals # of their license and see the person or the company’s credentials. People should be able to see the background of management and any other pertinent information to help make a wise investment decision. The more transparency the better. I think that in view of the continued skittishness of the investor community (i.e. small investor) the more information that is published, available and then is accurate and whoever is posting is held accountable the better we all are. Anyway, that’s my two cents worth. Keep on keeping thorough oversight that is needed.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Jerry
