I'm writing as a member of the public and a retail investor in response to the SEC's request for comments on S7-06-16.

As an investor I think Investors deserve to know when corporations contribute to political spending. This will cause corporations to consider the interest of their shareholders in their political spending. Shareholder own the corporation so they should know what political activities corporations are participating in with their money.

Corporations should also disclose their overseas tax payments, country-by-country and their sustainability plans.

We need to end the secrecy and give investors the information they deserve.
