Subject: Disclosures s7-06-16

1. It is totally irresponsible for the Securities and Exchange Commission to NOT require U.S. corporations to disclose its involvement in other economies worldwide. That data, and their tax payments and other payments to foreign governments - nation states and local - units should be public knowledge.

2. A regulatory agency should regulate, a function that cannot be performed without complete information. To neglect the collection of that data is a gross dereliction of duty.
