Dear Government,
Please stay out of the way of entrepreneurs. You aren't helping anyone get rich(er). Let us adults make their own decisions. Investors do not need to be "protected" they need to be "liberated" from the oppressive regulations of the Obama Regime.
Our nation owes its greatness to two main factors: Freedom Opportunity. Take note how the federal government is neither of those. Any restrictions made on those two aspects is detrimental to the economic well being of the Republic.
I am glad, however, that you've finally decided to let normal people make private equity investments. Don't screw this up, fix the rules so that raising money is easier (not harder) for startups.
