I would like to register a protest against the additional rules on fundraising for start-ups. Adding more rules for entrepreneurs who are most likely learning how to start a business as well as trying to get the business going at the same time, you are only adding to the confusion of the process for the people you are trying to help. The process should be made easier and simpler instead of more confusing.
