To Whom It May Concern:
I have read through the open letter on the JOBS Act that AngelList submitted to you. Many of the comments I had on the rules that the SEC is proposing would be similar to what AngelList has sent you.
Rather than take up your time reiterating concerns and issues I have with the proposed amendments to Regulation D, I simply wanted to second the comments submitted by AngelList. They are all relevant and important to the proposed amendments.
