I ask the SEC to consider what it can do to reduce bureaucracy and promote factors toward the growth of the American economy. The engine of economic growth for the US has been innovation in technology and the small and medium sized business base. The one year ban seems terrible and is inviting failure of the bill through a somewhat "passive aggressive" measure thought up by a few who are very out of touch with the needs of the many.
Concerns about the abuse of the new affordances should be addressed through review and engineering of solutions over time, not through ill informed presumptions by committee.
