These filing rules will slow down angel investing. as someone who has made over 300 angel investments, i can tell you that this will slow the pace of angel investing generally in america. it's contrary to the whole idea of the jobs act. keep in mind here folks that all net new jobs in america can be attributed to high growth startups. Don't get in the way of job creation by having overbearing filing requirements on small financings like these. you're fixing something that is not broken and messing with the future of innovation in this country.
