Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
It is my belief that the proposed change to the Qualified Investor
regs under the regulation noted above is unnecessary and
inappropriate. My understanding is that there is scant evidence of any
need to change the regs. In addition,and most important, the
opportunity to invest in the future of our country should not be
limited to the ultra wealthy. Rather we should be encouraging the
continuation of business development which has been one of the key
reasons our country and its citizens have been able to improve the
economy and, thus, standard of living of all of our citizens.
