Dear Sirs and Madams,

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

I fail to understand the motivation for changing the thresholds for what constitutes and "accredited investor." The current ones work just fine with no fraud occurring due to naivety. Raising the limits will just hurt the ability of startup companies to form capital. This is a bad thing. Please leave the thresholds where they are.
