Please do NOT pass the proposals that require startups to tell the SEC 15 days before any public mention of a financing and to update the SEC with every single thing they tell investors publicly in any form.

That will create a burdensome requirement on start-founder like me. I'm launching a tech start-up and have neither the time nor $ to file with the SEC every time I post of Faebook, send out a mass email or tweet.

I want tto run and build my company, not run through hoops at the SEC bureacracy (beyond the rules you've just put into place). That rule would vastly discourage founders of young companies from taking advantage of the JOBS Act changes.

Thank you.
