Thank you for reforming the Safe Harbor ban. As a first time entrepreneur, who is building a Holographic Performing Arts center in Niagara Falls, New York this initiative will help incubate our startup.
We started to raise bootstrap funds after hearing about a bipartisan effort to pass the JOBS act, which was signed into effect by President Obama. The finances collected through crowd source funding will allow us to register Digital Theatrics with the Security Exchange Commission, in order to take advantage of this ruling.
Your actions are not only an historic catalyst towards economic growth, but in our case, a direct contribution to public innovation. We can now invoke change for a stagnate industry.
