It appears that the proposed SEC rulings will hinder the entrepreneurial marketplace by insisting on new regulations that create undue hardship on emerging corporations.
I have been an angel network investor for four years. The
existing process is being exchanged for a bureaucratic
regulation that does not seem to support the current
investor marketplace.
