Dear SEC,
I am writing as a very concerned business owner regarding the new amendments to public fundraising. As an entrepreneur who has read through the new details, I can attest that the new rules are very stringent in making fundraising more expensive and harder. Specifically the 15 day notice and additional legal filings are so onerous that it makes the already difficult fundraising process even more difficult.
I hope that you will take my comments into consideration and remove these new requirements. I'm happy to provide more details or answer questions. Thank you.
