Dear SEC,
We are a young startup that recently got funded by angels and a local VC firm. The path to get here was painful, exciting, stressful and adventurous and if we had to do it all over again we wouldn't doubt it for a second. Unless you go through this Form D Ammendment, then we would hesitate...
Why should it be a burden for future founders to start their own company and go through all of this? The formula works Don't change it and keep the rest of us moving forward.
