Are you kidding me? Raising money is hard enough, we (the companies) provide jobs and pay PLENTY of taxes and you want to slow that down? Obviously the people supporting this have never started a company or raised money.
There is something happening in this country startups are creating the revolution in innovation and technology. Economic reasons alone this bill should not be passed Startups move by the minute, these laws slow down a first to market approach, which is vital for the startup sector of businesses before funding. Please just think about what you are doing to our way of life, passing this will affect a lot of people in a negative way.
