A one-year penalty box, and a required 15-day notice period is ridiculous. More companies will be formed overseas if we continue to bind entrepreneurs from starting businesses, or hold them back with foolish restrictions like this. It's no wonder that Chile, Germany and Singapore to name just a few are leading the charge and gaining more and more traction every day with businesses forming and enterprises targeting local markets over those in the US.
