As someone just now entering the startup tech industry, and who one day wants to launch their own startup, what I understand of the proposed changes will affect a massive detriment to the entire process. I see immense hindrance and obfuscation in these proposals, and I would urge the SEC to reevaluate and adjust any such proposals before moving forward on them. Thank you.
