It is already hard enough starting a company, to make it more expensive and time comsuing to mention to others that we are rasising capital is terrible.
Also note that your argument for small investors getting taken advantage of is also a bad one. You know how many poeple lost their money in the secondary stock markets, please do tell how that is fair. Let alone imposing crazy regulations on startup that are working 18 hours a day and foregoing salarys for many years. Please rethink these additional regulations, they add to much hardship to an already intense process.
