Dear SEC:
Please don't approve the proposed changes to Form D and Reg D. Congress wanted it to be easier for startups to raise money from angels, not harder
If you are worried about hedge fund advertising and brokered private placements, don't cast so wide a net that we are collateral damage
We're ready to comply with the verification standards. That's what Congress said should happen when general solicitation is used, and we get it.
