These new SEC laws regarding Startups are terrible.
The US thrives as a center of innovation and enterprise because we have made it a great place for entrepreneurs. You guys shouldn't be changing that, especially in a time of economic recession. Given the fact that most of the wealth and job creation in this country is a direct outcome of entrepreneurial activity.
