Hello,
I am an entrepreneur that has started a dozen or so companies in the past ten years. I am also an accredited investor. I Have to say that these rules and regulations that are being proposed would stiffen entrepreneurship to a halt. Many starts ups are people with very little access to legal or professional resources and bootstrap their startsups. This proposed regulations would kill this on so many different levels -- especially in technology where things need to move extremely fast.
