I understand the need of take control of the investments and money getting in and out of the companies.
But with the fast growth of small companies now days and angel investors all over the place we will need to have a new way to manage all the investments.
Even a easy portal where you can notify the SEC within 30 days after the discuss raising money would be easier and better for all companies out there.
The requirements now proposed aren't right.
