Growing a concept into a company requires a lot of hard work and innovation... the type of innovation that often gets stifled inside of the corporate bureaucracy that you are proposing. Adding another layer of unnecessary paperwork will serve to discourage small business innovation, leading to an increase in failed businesses and the unknown impact missed opportunities for America to compete on the global stage.
