The startup environment is one of key incubators for talent, innovation, and new markets in this country. The proposed Amendments, as currently written, will hurt this vital part of our country's economy.
Having some regulation regarding fundraising is understandable, but a banning because of filing requirements helps who and improves what? Why create additional hurdles for already struggling and newborn companies trying to get their feet? This needs to be rewritten.
