As an inventor and not a great financial genius, I find that the restrictions in the proposed laws for public funding are killers for small businesses like mine. For one thing you are requiring too much documentation, and the penalties, if the rules are not followed to the letter, are ridiculous. Another example of the large corporations keeping business for themselves and hurting the small guy.
This proposed law is simply outrageous. And if I might ad un-American because it will result in too many people being penalized...and require one to hire lawyers and accountants to submit applications....which most of us cannot afford.
It is beyond stupid...and beyond understanding the small business person, the inventor, and the entrepreneur.
