I think the most valuable reason why young startups are growing is investments. Some of them are growing from small companies to big, developing state economics, creating jobs, etc.
If such projects will feel lack of funding they will dissapear, and the only ones who left will be big companies like Google, Facebook, which will be monopolists at this market.
New rules will cause totally dissapear of young companies, because 99% of them can't handle sych strict rules.
I wish SEC will re-discuss new rules and listen to startups, which are the fastest growing sector, that develops our future.
