I am a first time entrepreneur building a social enterprise that has the potential to empower thousand of farmers around the world. In my journey of building the business over the past year I have learned a lot, but most importantly I have learned that building a business is difficult but the most important thing that my generation can do to better our world. There are enough challenges to deal with building a business from the ground up and with these additional SEC filing requirements there is so much more on an entrepreneur's plate. Penalizing a company for not following these requirements is detrimental not only to that individual person's life and business but could severely impact thousands of others and whole communities if their business is not allowed to grow.
