In the startup world, there are multitudes of opportunities that present themselves day by day. The current JOBS Act needs to be in sync with the way startups operate to keep the ecosystem alive. There has to be room for spontaneity in the fund-raising process. Don't punish the people that are trying to change the world. It's hard enough as it is.
