As an entrepreneur, I vote against the proposed regulatory changes the SEC intends to put into place. Raising funds to create a company is essential to the existence of small businesses.
Most individuals don't qualify for standard bank loans which gives limited options for growth. Having the opportunity to access accredited investors greatly increases the chances of business sustainability, American job creation, and stimulate innovation.
