October 31, 2022 I would like to personally thank you for proposing this new rule. As an foreign investor in the American stock market I need confidence that the market is fair. As you know market makers and Hedge funds have abused the T-2 system to their advantage long enough and use the T-2 system to leverage themselves AGAINST the retail investors. This will be a MUCH NEEDED change. Once again we need a level trading field to install confidence in the market. Looking forward to see the new rule's enacted. Thank You
