November 1, 2022 Dear sec I would like to thank you for the proposed rule as the t2 system has been abused and leverage against the individual investor for too long. The passing of this rule would create an equal playing field on the stock markets and ensure that fairness for everyone hedge funds and individual investors would ring true and bring Faith back to us markets.
