I would like to thank the SEC for putting forth the Transparency Rules. I believe it will make for a more equitable stock market. Thank you also for getting rid of PFOF and also Retail Trades going to the dark pools. I understand big institutions and hedge funds could not trade their sizes in the lit market it would clog up the works. I would like to learn more about the 5 minutes after 4 of orders placed before the market closes as far as impact.
