As an American, Im proud of the global reputation and resilience that our markets have. However, many market makers use inefficiencies in our market structure to rig the casino in their favor. Shortening the settlement period to T+1 is a good proposal that I fully support, but thats ignoring the failure to deliver elephant in the room. Please consider proposing rules like they have in German market that forces delivery of a security.
