Both of the proposed rules need to be enforced immediately. It seems appalling to me that free and public market allows the largest transactions to be hidden, or appear diluted, for days or months to grossly manipulate the market to enrich themselves and destroy others livelihoods/businesses. I believe to understand why all parties involved in the market but blatant manipulation needs to be stopped and these rules should give proof how they do it or possibly make it less likely to occur.
