Good Morning ...

     *   Small businesses are struggling during the COVID - 19 crisis

     *   I support the proposed release of  33 - 10763 in its entirety

     *   Small businesses need access to capital and sources are quickly
drying up

     *   Regulation Crowdfunding is a great rule, but the $1.07M limit is too
low
            to be helpful

     *   I would like the SEC to raise the amount to $5M to help businesses
that are
            struggling now
