Dear Secretary,

I wish to express my support for the proposed release 33-10763 in its entirety.

Now, more than ever, startups and small businesses need access to all the capital/financial support they can get to be able to implement their ideas, continue to provide jobs for their existing employees and hopefully add new employees as they grow.

The existing limit of $1.07M on regulation crowdfunding is too low to provide, within reason, the ability to continue conducting business for a fair amount of time - especially for startups, it is not uncommon to have negative returns for the first few years and to also have increasing expenses in the initial few years of rapid growth.

I would request the SEC to raise this limit to $5M as soon as possible to give small businesses access to the capital they badly need in this time of crisis.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
