I am supportive of proposed release 33-10763. I am also a small business owner who has invested in crowdfunding other small businesses. As a small business owner who is successful, I believe it is imperative that COVID19 will play havoc on numerous small businesses and that the 1.07 million for crowdfunding is set too low for the small business community in this Global Health Crisis. I support raising that limit to 5 million dollars at this time thus offering much needed support to crowdfunding for small businesses.
