To Whom This May Concern, GEOcommand, Inc. is a very small business that has completed the research & development of an advanced Geographic Information System that provides seamless data-interoperability for the safety and security of schools and other critical infrastructures by sharing the in-building critical assets and sensor data feeds on to our mapping inside our first responder vehicles creating a “Common Operating Picture” which fills the “gaps” in every post incident report going back to Columbine. We are very supportive of the proposed release 33-10763 in its entirety. Small businesses are the hardest hit by the Coronavirus crisis and the safety of our children and first responders needs to be addressed. . Regulation Crowdfunding is a great rule, but the $1.07M limit is too low to be meaningful. We would like the SEC to immediately raise it to $5M to help small businesses like GEOcommand which are hurting right now the ability to raise much needed capital to bring our inventions to market. .Thank you Albert Koenigsberg GEOcommand, Inc
