Dear SEC I am the CEO of a company that has been working for years to move its renewable technology through the 9 Technology Readiness Levels. We are about to start a crowdfunding campaign but could really use more than the $1.07M to advance our company's work. The 506(c) rules help but the existing crowdfunding rules are too limiting for non-accredited investors to participate. Please take this opportunity to raise the cap to $5M. Thank you.
